Abstract: It is first discussed the weakness of Mambo-Usuda-Okamoto ’s proxy signature scheme,and then proposed a proxy signature scheme with the property of limiting power delegation,preventing proxy transfer and time-stamped delegation.The proposed scheme has been discussed at length in the end.
