几株云南野生隐球酵母菌的分类研究

The study of several Yunnan wild Cryptococcus strains

摘要: 对采自云南的8株隐球酵母菌进行了常规方法和26SrDNAD1/D2区域序列分析相结合的分类研究,并确定了这8个菌株的归属.本研究也肯定了该序列分析方法对隐球酵母属的适用性.

Abstract: The taxonomic study of 8 Yunnan wild Cryptococcus strains was conducted using conventional and 26 S rDNA D1/D2 domain sequence analysis methods.The taxonomic positions of these strains were confirmed.The applicability of above sequence analysis method was also proved in this study.
