Abstract: Letρbe an idempotent-separating congruence on a left regular orthodox semigroup S.It’s showed thatScan be imbedded in aλ-semidirect product of a left regular orthogroup by S/ρ.Furthermore,λ-dually semidirect products of regular orthodox semigroups are defined and the embedding theorem for such semigroups is obtained.
