Abstract: By using energy integral and some estimate of analytic semigroup,the existence of the exponential attractors of positive solutions for a kind of reaction diffusion equations in Banach subspaces Xpα of Lp (Ω) is proved.In this equation the nonlinear term is the polynomial with any order.
