云南酵母菌的研究Ⅰ:西双版纳热带雨林中的酵母菌

A study on yeasts of Yunnan I.Yeasts of tropical rain forest, Xishuanbanna

摘要: 报道云南西双版纳热带雨林植被下土壤酵母菌的数量、分布及种的多样性.从西双版纳采集的37个样点分离到584株酵母菌,分类鉴定为12属:隐球酵母属(Cryptococcus),德巴利酵母属(Debaryomyces),假丝酵母属(Candida),丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon),酵母属(Saccharomyces),有孢圆酵母属(Torulaspora),接合酵母属(Zygosaccharomyces),红酵母属(Rhodotorula),地霉属(Geotrichum),毕赤酵母属(Pichia),锁掷孢酵母属(Sporidiobolus),拟威尔酵母属(Williopsis),未定到属的有45株.

Abstract: Five hundred and eighty four strains of yeasts were isolated from the soil of the tropical rain forest in Xishuangbanna,in which 539 strains were identified to belong to Cryptococcus,Debaryomyces,Candida,Saccharomyces,Pichia,Torulaspora,Trichosporon,Rhodotorula,Geotrichum,Sporidiobolous,Williopsis,Zygosaccharomyces,and 45 strains were not able to be identified to any genera.
