Abstract: The cutting propagation of the endangered species Euryodendron excelsum H.T.Chang from Theaceae is reported.The result showed that the rooting and living regularly seedlings of the species can be obtained through treatment and using 100mg/L IBA was the best way,by which the living and rooting rate enhanced,to 20% and 16% respectively.It provides a possible way for the preserving of the critially endangered species.
