云南食用玫瑰在卷烟配方中的初步应用研究

Study on appling Rosa gallica Linn in Yunnan extracts in cigarette production

  • 摘要: 为改善卷烟焦油含量降低导致的吸味偏淡、香气不足,影响烤烟型卷烟的感官质量的问题,对云南食用玫瑰花的挥发性成分开展了Headspace-GC-MS顶空分析,开展了食用玫瑰花作为烟草配方的前处理工艺研究,以及RM20H吸烟机抽吸实验和感官评吸实验.研究结果表明:在卷烟配方中添加1%~8%的食用玫瑰花瓣丝,能丰富卷烟烟气,降低刺激性,改善余味,降低卷烟焦油含量的作用.

     

    Abstract: To improve the tasteless and quality problem of cigarettes caused by less of tar content,we study on appling Rosa gallica Linn extracts in cigarette production.The volatile components extracted from Rosa gallica Linn by using headspace were identified by GC- MS to analyse components and relative content.Analysised by using RM20H smoking machine and cigarette evaluation,we could get into conclusion that:1%8% addition of Rosa rugosa extracts was effective for smoke softness and neatness,the aftertaste of cigarettes was enhanced by those compounds,while the tar was reduced.
