二氧化硒氧化3-甲基吡啶合成烟酸的研究

Study on the synthesis of nicotinic acid with 3-picoline oxided by selenium dioxide

  • 摘要: 采用二氧化硒为氧化剂,以3-甲基吡啶为原料经液相氧化法合成烟酸,适宜的反应条件为:3-甲基吡啶与二氧化硒摩尔比为1:1.6,3-甲基吡啶浓度2 mol/L,反应温度130℃,反应时间120 min,此条件下产品收率达到40.3%,所得产品达到国家GB14757—93标准.

     

    Abstract: The synthesis of nicotinic acid with 3-picoline oxided by selenium dioxide was studied.The suitable process conditions were obtained: the mole ratio of 3-picoline/selenium dioxide was 1:1.6,the concentration of 3-picoline was 2mol/L,reaction tempaerature was 130℃,reaction time was 120min.In the condition,the yield of product was up to 40.3%,and the quality of product met the criterion of GB14757—93.
