Abstract: A necessary and sufficient condition for complete graphs having circulant homogenous factorisations has been obtained,which generalizes a necessary and sufficient condition,given by praeger and Li,for complete graphs having(M,G)circulant homogenous factorisation under the condition that G/Mis a cyclic group.
