Abstract: The chemical constituents of Cleidion brevipetiolatum were studied and eight compounds were isolated.The structures of these compounds were elucidated as maslinic acid (1),α-amyrin (2),vitamin Eα (3),vitamin K1 (4),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (5),4-hydroxy-benzoaldehyde (6),β-sitosterol (7) and β-daucosterol (8),respectively,based on the spectral data and comparison with the literatures reported.
