Design and application of sunlight conveyer tracking system based on the STM32 controller

  • 摘要: 为了提升阳光输送机的工作性能,设计了以STM32单片机为主控芯片的跟踪系统.该跟踪系统具有开环和闭环两种工作模式,系统通过分析天气条件,可选择并使用合适的工作模式.系统采用了PWM调速方式驱动电机,该方式具有快速响应性能好,动态抗扰能力强,低速运行平稳等优点,从而保证了系统的跟踪性能和精度.实验结果表明,该系统跟踪精度误差0.1,阳光输送机运行稳定可靠,并且实现了复杂天气条件下的正常工作. 

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of sunlight conveyor,a new tracking system,which combines the open-loop and closed loop mode is proposed based on the STM32 controller as the master chip.After analyzing the weather condition,it can select and use the suitable working mode.The system uses the pulse width modulation to drive stepper motor,which reflects the advantages of fast response performance,good dynamic immunity and smooth low speed operation and so on,guaranteeing the tracking performance and accuracy of the system.Experimental result shows that the error of improved tracking system is less than 0.1,the sunlight conveyer works stably and reliably,and the system can work normally at the complex weather condition.
