奶果提取物的挥发性成分分析及其卷烟加香评价

Analysis for volatile compounds of Elatagnusconteta Roxb and evaluation of its cigarette flavoring

  • 摘要: 分析羊奶果提取物的挥发性成分并评价其卷烟加香效果.采用冷浸提取、酶解、浓缩等方法制备获得羊奶果提取物,顶空加热高分辨气质联用法(Headspace- GC-HRMS)对其挥发性成分进行分析,并将其添加于卷烟中,进行感官评吸.结果表明羊奶果提取物中醇类占23.02%,醛类占23.53%,酯类占3.10%,有机酸占5.01%,其中,5-羟甲基糠醛、mome-肌醇含量较大.该提取物按质量分数0.1%~0.3%的比例添加于卷烟配方叶组中,具有提升香气浓度及丰富性,抑制杂气,改善刺激和余味等优点.结果表明,羊奶果提取物中具有多种功能性成分,作为天然添加剂添加于卷烟中独具特色,有较大的开发利用价值.

     

    Abstract: To analyse volatile compounds of Elatagnusconteta Roxb.extracts,and evaluate the effect of its cigarette flavoring.The cold-soaked extracting,enzymolysis,concentration were set up to prepare Elatagnusconteta Roxb.extracts,Headspace- GC-HRMS was used to analyse its volatile compounds,and the products were added into cigarette to proceed sensory evaluation.There are 23.02% alcohols,23.53% aldehydes,3.10% esters,5.01% organic acid in Elatagnusconteta Roxb.extracts,and the content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural,mome- inositol is high.The extracts when added by weight percentage of 0.1%0.3% in cigarette formula leaves group can promote the richness of the smell of cigarettes,improve overall coordination,reduce the irritation obviously.Elatagnusconteta Roxb.extracts appear very distinctive as a natural flavoring essence for tobacco,and have larger value to exploit and utilize.
