Abstract: Currently with further material awareness,making the understanding on substance more confused and vague.This paper puts forward the fitness in substance cognition through the elaboration of limitations in sensory organs.Through the elaboration of the progress of substance cognition,it is concluded that the physics is undergoing reconstruction.Finally,elaborated on the elaboration of the substance view of monism and two states,proposed a new method of physical unity.
