SFME-GC-MS法分析云南产姜黄和蓬莪术的挥发性成分

Analysis for volatile compounds of Curcuma longa and Curcuma zedoaria from Yunnan by SFME-GC-MS

  • 摘要: 建立了超声破碎辅助无溶剂微波萃取气质联用法分析云南西双版纳产的姜黄、蓬莪术的挥发性成分.从2种植物中共分离鉴定了103个挥发性成分,主要是萜类及其衍生物.结果表明,云南西双版纳产的姜黄和蓬莪术中的药理活性成分含量较高,有的远高于文献报道,其品质较好,初步说明了其在云南推广种植的合理性.

     

    Abstract: objectiveTo analyse volatile components in Curcuma longa and Curcuma zedoaria got from Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province.Methods GC-MS was set up to analyse volatile compounds of two plants in Curcuma obtained by SFME,and their qualities were discussed.Results one hundred and three volatile compounds were isolated and identified from the two plants,mainly are terpenoids and their derivatives.Conclusion There are lots of active ingredients in the two plants,and the content is high,their qualities are good.
