基于PLC和Modbus的配电室现场环境监控系统设计

Design of local environment monitoring system based on PLC and Modbus in electrical distributing room

  • 摘要: 为实现对配电室现场运行环境实时全方位监控,研究设计了一个基于PLC和Modbus的配电室现场环境监控系统.该系统采用PLC处理数字量输入/输出,采用Modbus协议进行数据通信,对配电室现场各种环境参数进行监测报警,采集存储视频图像和语音,通过以太网与上一级监控中心进行数据通信.作者首先给出系统总体结构和功能设计,接着阐述系统硬件结构和软件设计思想.通过测试表明,监控系统运行稳定可靠,具有良好的实用性.

     

    Abstract: In order to realize real-time and overall monitoring of local running environment in electrical distributing room,a local environment monitoring system based on PLC and Modbus is designed.PLC is used to process digital I/O data,and Modbus protocol is used in data communication in this system.Various kinds of local environmental parameters are monitored and alarmed,video and audio are collected and stored.Moreover,communication with upper monitoring center by Ethernet is established.First,design scheme of total structure and function is presented,then,hardware structure and software design thoughts are described in this paper.Test results indicate that the monitoring system is stable,reliable and practical.
