激活非智力因素的策略研究

The study on strategies for activating non-intellectual factors

  • 摘要: 在教育教学工作中,非智力因素对提高学生的学习效率,最大限度地提升教学效果具有举足轻重的作用.通过对非智力因素领域的问卷调查和统计研究,了解学习过程中非智力因素现状,从而提出非智力因素的激活与培养策略,使学生在学习过程中关注、重视非智力因素,使素质教育的效果最大化,为学生终生学习和发展提供科学合理的学习方法.

     

    Abstract: In teaching practice,non-intellectual factors play a crucial role in enhancing the learning efficiency of the student and promoting teaching performance of the teacher to the hilt.On the basis of questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis,the status quo of non-intellectual factors is investigated,and the strategies for activating and cultivating non-intellectual factors are proposed.It is hoped that students can attach more importance to non-intellectual factors,so as to maximize the efficiency of quality-oriented education and provide sensible leaning approaches in their whole life.
