Abstract:
Three kinds of metal materials with similar performance are taken for example in this work,extraction of 10 MHz ultrasonic scattering signal in the samples of the materials,and intercepting of adjacent two segments of time domain signal in a certain depth of the sample after smoothing the signal,and then,employing Fourier transform to get the corresponding amplitude spectrum and attenuation coefficient spectrum,on this basis,correlation calculation and analysis are carried out.Results show that with the proposed method in this work by calculation of the correlation coefficient,the metal materials of similar composition can be identified.
