输出端为锥形的夹角型超声变幅杆*

Study on solid horns with a output conical rod with an angle

  • 摘要: 传统超声变幅杆能量沿轴线方向传播,有些应用场合需要改变纵振动传播方向,并有较好的振幅放大系数.作者提出了输入端为均匀圆柱、输出端为锥形的夹角型超声变幅杆.为了研究该文所提出的变幅杆的声学特性,利用有限元方法计算了不同尺寸超声变幅杆纵振动的谐振频率、放大系数与位移分布.结果显示,谐振频率、放大系数都与变幅杆的夹角、输入输出杆的几何尺寸有关;同尺寸锥形输出杆的变幅杆比均匀杆输出杆的放大系数更大,影响振幅放大系数的主要因素是变幅杆的截面比.加工了9个不同尺寸变幅杆并利用激光测振仪测试了其振型、频率、与振幅放大系数,结果表明在输出端上成功实现了纵振动传输,振幅得到了放大,且放大系数测试值与计算值基本一致.

     

    Abstract: Vibrational energy of traditional ultrasonic solid horn transmits along its axis direction,but some cases,it need to be changed the vibration direction,and to be had a amplification factor.In this paper,a solid horn composed of a uniform rod and conical one with an angle is proposed.In order to investigate the acoustic characteristics of the solid horn,the resonant frequency and amplification factor of this kind of horns are calculated using the finite element method.The calculated results show that the resonant frequency and amplification factor are influenced by length,radius and the angle.Amplification factor of the solid horn with conical output is higher than the one of the solid horn with uniform output,and the amplification factor is mainly influenced by the ratio between the output and the input end faces.Vibration modes,resonant frequencies and amplification factors are measured with Polytec PSV-400 scanning vibrometer for the nine fabricated different angled horns.It shows that the longitudinal vibration is successfully transferred to the output ends via the angled horn and the amplification factors are greater.The tested values are in good agreement with the measured ones.
