小省藤播种育苗技术研究

Study on the technology of planting seedling of Calamus gracilis

  • 摘要: 为保护和发展云南野生藤资源,提高人工培育技术,以西双版纳小省藤为材料,经不同质量浓度生物激素赤霉素 GA(20、50、100mg/L)和清水浸泡后,置于西南林业大学温室进行育苗试验.小省藤种子带壳千粒重9044.36g,去壳千粒重4029.07g,坚硬的果皮和较厚的果肉可能是天然状态下小省藤种子发芽率不高的原因之一;利用小温棚和地温床模拟西双版纳当地的水热条件,使环境平均温度为27.6℃,平均相对湿度为89%,平均土壤温度为25.4℃,为种子的萌芽提供了良好的条件;分析种子萌芽率、根径、根长、地径、苗高等指标,得出经A3(100mg/L)赤霉素处理过的种子,发芽率最高(88.04%),且苗木的生长情况最优良;移苗后,不同处理间的苗木生长情况差异不显著(P>0.05).因此,小省藤的人工异地育苗期间的水热条件是种子发芽的关键,且经过生物激素处理的种子,能显著提高种子的发芽率.

     

    Abstract: In order to protect and develop the wild rattan resources in Yunnan,to improve the technology of artificial cultivation,the seeds of Calamus gracilis which had been steeped in different concentrations of biological hormone GA (20、50、100mg/L),and pure water,were carry out the breeding experiment in greenhouse of Southwest Forestry University.A hotbed had been laid under the seedling bed and a small greenhouse was built.The results showed that: the thousand-grain weight with shell was 9044.36 g,without shell was 4029.07 g,the hard peel and thick flesh might be one of the reasons for the low germination rate of the seeds under the natural environment.The small greenhouse and hotbed provided a good condition for the seed germination which was similar to the water and heat condition in Xishuangbanna area,with average temperature at 27.6 degree,average relative humidity at 89%,and average soil temperature at 25.4 degree.By analyzing the indices of seed germination rate,root diameter,root length,root diameter and seedling height,the seeds treated by GA (A3 100mg/L) had the highest germination rate (88.04%),and the best growth rate.After transplanting,the seedlings growth by different treatments had no significant difference (P>0.05).Therefore,it is important to improve the water and heat condition during the seedling germination and the seed germination rate can be improved by biological hormone treatment.
