两个群体燕麦资源β-葡聚糖含量的相关分析

Correlative analysis of β - glucan from two groups of oat resources

  • 摘要: 燕麦中β-葡聚糖有营养保健作用,为了挖掘和利用燕麦籽粒β-葡聚糖高含量的基因和种质资源,以来自意大利的31份和陕西的25份野生及栽培燕麦为研究材料,对收获的燕麦籽粒β-葡聚糖含量和其它营养指标进行测定.经主成分分析(PCA)和相关性网络分析(CNA),结果表明:不同群体、不同基因型之间β-葡聚糖含量差异显著,56份燕麦材料的β-葡聚糖质量分数介于1.76%~8.72%之间;β-葡聚糖含量与总类黄酮和氨基酸之间相关性显著,与其他营养性状相关性皆不显著;筛选出燕麦籽粒β-葡聚糖含量较高的基因型 ITAO1、XO-1-13等6个.

     

    Abstract: Oatmeal β-glucan has nutritional and health effects.In order to explore and utilize the genotype and germplasm resources of β-glucan in oat kernel,wild or cultivated oats from Italy (31)and Shanxi (25) were used as research materials.The content of β-glucan in the oat kernel was determined and analyzed in combination with its nutritional traits.Analysis was performed by principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation network analysis (CAN).The results showed that the content of β-glucan was significantly correlated with total flavonoids and amino acids,and was not correlated with other nutritional traits.The content of β-glucan was significantly different between different groups and different genotypes.The content of β-glucan in 56 oats was between 1.76% and 8.72%.The genotypes of ITAO1 and XO-1-13 with high content of β-glucan in oat kernel were screened out.
