Abstract:
Six terpeniods were isolated from the EtOH extracts of
Curculigo orchioides by a series separation method. They were identified as (3
S, 5
R, 6
S, 7
E, 9
R)-megatigma-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol (
1), actinidioionoside (
2), (6
S, 9
R)-roseoside (
3), (−)-angelicoidenol 2-
o-β-D-lucopyranoside (4), (−)-angelicoidenol-2-
o-β-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-
β-D-glucopyranoside (
5) and tetillapyrone (7
R, 9
S, 10
R)-3-methyl-5-(4-hydroxyl-5-hydroxylmethyltetrahydrofuryl)-6-hydroxypyran-2-one (
6) through manifold spectroscopic means (HRESIMS and NMR). This was the first time that reported the terpeniods from
Curculigo orchioides and enriched the chemical constituents of this species.
