香豆素三唑两亲化合物的合成及其载药和Fe3+识别性能研究

Synthesis of coumarin triazole amphiphile and its drug load and Fe3+ recognition properties

  • 摘要: 以Click反应为关键步骤合成了一个以香豆素为中心核,两侧为三唑多醚链树枝体的多链形分子 CTECTE 的结构通过1H NMR,13C NMR及元素分析进行了确认. 用 CTE 制备了载有鬼臼毒素的胶束,测得胶束的临界质量浓度、载药量和包封率. 结果表明, CTE 分子形成的胶束对鬼臼毒素的包封率为56.7%,载药量为34.0%;此外化合物 CTE 对Fe3+具有优异的识别作用,可用于检测Fe3+金属离子的化学传感器.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a polycatenar molecular CTE with coumarin as the central core and triazole PEO dendrons at both sides was synthesized by Click reaction. The structure of CTE was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The CTE micelles loaded with podophyllotoxin were prepared. The critical micelle concentration, drug load and encapsulation efficiency were measured. The results showed that the encapsulation efficiency of the CTE micelles to podophyllotox in was 56.7%, and the drug load was 34.0%. In addition, CTE showed excellent selectivity to Fe3+ among a series of cations, which could be used as chemosensor against Fe3+.
