Synthesis of PID control for sewage water treatment in oil field

  • 摘要: 油田采油污水采用活性污泥法工艺进行处理,活性污泥法的净化反应是一个耗氧过程,决定其处理效果的关键因素是生化池中的溶解氧浓度(DO值).以污水处理过程中曝气池中溶解氧(DO值)浓度为被控量,研究了污水处理过程PID溶解氧浓度控制器的综合问题,基于图解法给出了PID溶解氧控制器的完整稳定参数域,且该稳定条件是充要的,无保守性,对PID溶解氧控制器参数的选取具有重要指导意义.

     

    Abstract: Activated sludge method is mainly used to sewage water treatment of water injection system in oil field,dissolved oxygen of sewage pond plays a crucial role during the process of sewage water treatment.The design of PIDdissolved oxygen control algorithm is developed based on first order plant model,and the parameter regions of the robust stability can be determined by using a graphical approach.Simulation results are provided to illustrate the design procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed methods.When applying to the wastewater treatment system based on activated sludge,this method can make the sludge maintain good performance,and is of great robustness.Simulation results are provided to illustrate the design procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
