  • 摘要: 为满足无接触清洗而设计的红外全自动洗手器,经过了电路设计和调试、外型三维设计及批量生产全过程.主要原理是通过红外光的发射和感应,低频滤波等信号处理,可靠识别遮挡物是否存在,进而控制可控硅,通过可控硅控制电磁水阀的开启和关闭.光电耦合技术使强、弱电路部分完全分开,进一步保护控制电路.

     

    Abstract: Infrared automatic controlled hand washing utensil is devised for the need of no-touch-cleaning.It has discussed the whole processes of its electrocircuit design and debugging,3D exterior design and the batch production.The main principles are by the emission of infrared ray and reflecting induction,through signal processing to identify if the infrared ray has been blocked by something or not.Then the controllable silicon will control the electromagnetic penstock’s turn on and turn off.The photoelectricity coupling technic will make the strong and feeble electrocircuits separate completely and protect controlling electrocircuit.
