Synthesis of β-diketone from D-(+)-camphor

  • 摘要: 天然樟脑在-83℃条件下与苯甲醛的羟醛缩合产物经过Swern氧化得到手性β-二羰基化合物.

     

    Abstract: A chiral β-diketone compound was synthesized from D-(+)camphor through Aldol reaction followed by Swern oxidation.The target compound was obtained in good yield and was characterized by IR, 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS.
