氨基酸类有机物在硫酸介质中对钢的缓蚀作用

Corrosion inhibion of amino acids for cold rolling steel in sulfuric acid solution

  • 摘要: 用失重法研究了各种氨基酸在硫酸溶液中对钢的缓蚀作用.实验表明,L-半胱氨酸和DL-类半胱氨酸硫内酯盐酸盐对钢有较好的缓蚀作用.应用Langmuir吸附方程讨论了产生缓蚀作用的原因.

     

    Abstract: Some kinds of amino acids were examined as corrosion inhibitors for cold rolling steel in sulfuric acid solution by weight loss method.The results show that:L-Cysteine and DL-Cysteine sulphur ester hydrochloride are highly effective inhibitors for corrosion of cold rolling steel in sulfuric acid solution.The results of the experiments were discussed in the light of Langmuir adsorption theory.
