微波萃取印楝叶中的印楝素研究

Study on the microwave assisted extraction of azadirachtin from neem dry leaf

  • 摘要: 应用经改造的家用微波炉为主要设备,对微波萃取印楝干叶中印楝素作了L9(34)正交实验.考察了4个因素:微波辐射时间、微波功率、溶剂用量、洗涤滤饼的溶剂量对提取率、溶剂回收率、印楝素总质量分数3个指标的影响.实验结果表明:每4.5g印楝干叶,微波萃取印楝素的最佳组合为辐射时间80s,微波功率365W,溶剂用量100mL,洗涤滤饼的溶剂量10mL.

     

    Abstract: Microwave assisted extraction of azadirachtin is studied in this paper,using a reconstructed home microwave oven.The effects of radiation time,microwave power,the volume of solvent for extraction and the volume of solvent for washing cake on ectraction yield,solvent recovery and content of azadirachtin are discussed in orthogonal experiments.Data illustrates that radiation time 80s,microwave power 365W,volume of solvent for extraction 100mL and volume of solvent for washing cake 10mL give the optimum result.
