纵坑切梢小蠹后肠化学成分分析及其趋性反应测试

Analysis on Chemical Composition from Hindguts of Tomicus piniperda and Measurement on Taxis

  • 摘要: 对纵坑切梢小蠹后肠正已烷和乙醇提取物进行GC-MS分析,检索出18个化合物,其中单萜烯类化合物11个,占检索化合物总数的61.1%.经趋性反应测试,纵坑切梢小蠹对混合物I的趋向率达65%,对其它测试化合物的趋向性不明显.

     

    Abstract: Hindguts of Tomicus piniperde was extracted using hexane and ethyl alcohol.Two extracts were analyzed by GC-MS spectroscopy and 18 kinds of compounds were identified,among which 11 kinds of compounds were monoterpene.Experimental result showed that the ratio of taxis of T.piniperda to mixture I reached 65%,whereas the taxis of T.piniperda to other tested compounds or mixture was inconspicuous.
