Abstract:
In order to control the qualitative stability of tobacco casing material,the authors suggested the application of FT-NIR Spectroscopy combining with the qualitative analysis method of similarity match.In this research,similarity-match identifying models were established respectively using the TQ statistical software based on the NIR transmission spectra of 20-batche-cigarette casing material samples of 3 brands,Yunyan (Soft Rarity),Yunyan (Purple) and Yunyan (Red),from Hongyun Honghe Tobacco (Group) Co.,Ltd.Established parameters and the identifying effects of the models were evaluated in this study as well.Results showed that the Similarity Match Value ( SMV ) of model samples by the models of 3 brands,Yunyan (Soft Rarity),Yunyan (Purple) and Yunyan (Red),were more than 95;while of the non-model samples were very low.It shows that the application of FT-NIR Spectroscopy,with combining the qualitative analysis method of similarity match could recover the quality changes of cigarette casing material.Therefore,the application of FT-NIR Spectroscopy could identify the tobacco casing material rapidly,nondestructively and largely,and it provided new ideas and methods to control the qualitative stability of the tobacco casing material.
