暗褐网柄牛肝菌子实体营养成分分析

Analysis on nutrient components of Phlebopus portentosus fruit bodies

  • 摘要: 测定了暗褐网柄牛肝菌子实体中的氨基酸、矿质元素、总糖、粗脂肪、粗纤维、灰分和蛋白质含量.结果表明,暗褐网柄牛肝菌子实体富含矿物质和蛋白质,并含有17种氨基酸.在矿质元素中,铁、磷和钾的含量相对较高.7种必需氨基酸占氨基酸总质量的38.08%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的质量比为0.61.

     

    Abstract: The components of Phlebopus portentosus fruit bodies such as amino acids,mineral elements,total sugar,crude fat,crude fiber,ash and protein were determined.The results showed that Phlebopus portentosus fruiting bodies were rich in minerals and protein,and contained 17 amino acids.In the mineral elements,iron,phosphorus and potassium contents were relatively higher.7 kinds of essential amino acids accounted for 38.08% of total amino acids,the ratio of essential amino acids to non-essential amino acid was 0.61.
