Abstract: Zhaotong City Area locate in northeast of Yunnan Province,it is an important part of Zhaotong Lead-zinc-silver concentrated area.According to the analysis of isotope geochemical characteristics in the two large and mediumsized lead-zinc deposits,we got further understanding of Zhaotong lead-zinc ore deposit genesis,that would be help for the prospecting in the area for a theoretical basis.Research showed that two deposits were sedimentary characteristics,also had hydrothermal transformation characteristics later.The ore-forming metal mainly were from rocks in the upper crust,a few were from the lower crust or upper mantle,all of them belonged to sedimentary reformed deposit.The mineralization of lead-zinc and hot water deposition, and the late rebuilding were closely related.We should not only play an importance to find stratified deposit but also strengthen to look for the big vein body strength.
