白鹤滩水电站建设期气象保障服务思考

Meteorological support services reflections on Baihetan hydropower plant in construction period

  • 摘要: 白鹤滩水电站即将进入施工期,本文分析了白鹤滩水电站坝区地质结构和天气气候背景,以及不同施工期对气象保障服务的需求,发现白鹤滩水电站易滑易塌的地质结构决定了其施工期气象保障服务任务艰巨,拟定了气象保障服务策略和实施思路,为施工期气象保障服务工作奠定基础.

     

    Abstract: Baihetan hydropower plant is about to enter construction period,this paper analyzes the geological structure and weather climate background of hydropower plant dam area,as well as the meteorological support services in different construction period.The result shows that the hydropower station slippery collapsed geological structure determines its arduous task of meteorological support services in construction period.The meteorological support services strategy and implementation ideas are developed,and that lay the foundation for meteorological support services in construction period.
