  • 摘要: 通过对互感耦合电路端口电压和电流关系的分析,提出了一种新的互感耦合电路有源模拟方法,并采用DDCC为有源器件实现了具体电路.提出的电路具有以下优点:① 控制不同开关组合可以实现正、负耦合电路;② 初、次级电感及互感可以通过调节外接电阻实现独立可调;③ 电路结构简单,仅由4个 DDCC器件,6个电阻和2个电容组成;④ 所有器件均接地,便于集成.将该电路应用到双调谐回路并进行PSPICE仿真分析,结果验证了该电路的正确性.

     

    Abstract: By analyzing the port voltage and current of the mutual inductance coupled circuit,a new method to realize mutually coupled circuit is proposed in this paper.A novel integrable mutually coupled circuit using DDCCs is also provided with the following advantages:① The primary self-inductance L1,the secondary self-inductance L2 and mutual inductance M (or -M) can be obtained by controlling switch's on or off;② The values of the primary self-inductance L1,the secondary self-inductance L2 and the mutual inductance M (or -M) can be independently controlled using the external resistor;③ The circuit has a simple structure,which only consists of 4 DDCCs,6 resistances and 2 capacitances.④ All the devices are grounded,so it is easy to be integrated.A double tuning circuit using the proposed mutually coupled circuit and its PSPICE simulation results are provided to verify its validity.
