Abstract: The quantization for a singular Lagrangian systems with subsidiary constrained has been studied.A modified Dirac-Beigmann algorithm for this constrained system has been formulated.The path-integral quantization and canonical symmetry both at the classical and quantum level of those systems also have been discussed.An example has been given to illustrate that the connection between the symmetry and conservation laws in classical theories is not always valid in the quantum theory.
