铂-钯/活性炭催化剂的制备及其在双组分加成型液体硅胶中的应用

Preparation and application of platinum-palladium/activated carbon catalyst

  • 摘要: 通过浸渍-化学还原法制备了活性炭负载的铂、钯双金属催化剂.采用XRD、XPS、BET、AFM对催化剂进行了结构表征;讨论了催化剂在双组分加成型液体硅胶中的催化活性以及2种活性组分在催化过程中的协同催化作用;并优化了催化剂在加成型室温固化硅胶中的应用条件.研究表明:铂-钯/活性炭双组分具有一定的协同作用;当铂与钯的质量比为1∶2时,两者协同催化的效果较好;采用此催化剂催化双组分加成型硅橡胶室温固化时,控制催化剂用量为5%,乙烯基与硅氢基物质的量比在1.5~1范围内有利于胶料的固化.

     

    Abstract: The platinum-palladium/activated carbon catalyst was prepared by means of impregnation-chemical reduction process.The XRD,XPS,BET,and AFM were used to analysize the catalyst.The catalytic activity and the cooperation between platinum and palladium were investigated via hydrosilylation reaction.In addition,the optimum application conditions of the catalyst were determined in this work.The results showed that the cooperation could promote the catalytic reaction when the weight ratio of Pt/Pd was equal to 1∶2;the proper content of the catalyst was 5%,and the molar ratio of vinyl group to Si-H group should be controlled in the range of 1.5—1 so that the liquid rubber could be curing completely under the room temperature.
