Abstract: Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dolichos falcata Klein.Method The chemical constituents were extracted by 70% aqueous EtOH,and then isolated and purified via repeated silica gel chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as stigmast-7,22-dien-3β-ol(I),stigmast-7,24-dien-3β-ol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ),doliroside A(Ⅲ),palmitic acid(Ⅳ),hexacosanoic Acid(V),allantoin(Ⅵ) and daucostrol(Ⅶ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ～Ⅱ,and Ⅳ～Ⅵ were obtained from this genus for the first time.
