鱼腥草中总黄酮提取及其抗过敏活性的研究

Study on extracting technology of the flavones in houttuynia cordata thunb and its antiallergic activity

  • 摘要: 确定鱼腥草中总黄酮的提取工艺条件,并对其抗过敏活性进行研究.经响应曲面优化实验确定了最佳提取条件:提取时间X1=51.min,液固体积比X2=49.03:1,提取温度X3=7.05℃,在此条件下黄酮质量分数为9.03%.对鱼腥草抗过敏功能评价表明:鱼腥草的提取液对透明质酸酶有较强的抑制作用,鱼腥草对透明质酸酶的抑制作用比甜茶强,得到鱼腥草提取液的抗过敏剂量-效应关系,对小鼠的抑制率为35.05%,在剂量为300 mg/kg时能非常显著地抑制组胺诱导的小鼠毛细血管通透性增高.

     

    Abstract: The extract craft conditions of flavones in Houttuynia Cordata Thunb were determined,and its antiallergic activity was studied simultaneously.And the optimal conditions were found by responds surface methodology:extract time is X1=51.66min,a volume ratio of liquid to solid is X2=49.03:1,extract temperature is X3=76.05℃,and under these conditions,the content of flavones is 9.03%.The antiallergic experimentation indicate:Houttuynia Cordata Thunb extract have a strongly inhibition to hyaluronidase,and stronger than Lithocarps Litseifolius Rehd on the inhibition to hyaluronidase,then can get dose-effect relation of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb extract,its inhibition is 35.05% on mice,at the dose of 300mg/kg can very significantly inhibit to mice’s blood capillary penatrativity increased by histamine.
