锯叶棕果实化学成分分离鉴定及抗前列腺炎活性研究

Isolated and identified of chemical constituents from serenoa serrulata fruit and their anti-prostatitis activity

  • 摘要: 研究了锯叶棕果实化学成分及其抗前列腺炎活性. 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20对锯叶棕果实提取物进行分离纯化,得到26个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了化合物结构. 测试所得化合物的抗前列腺炎活性,结果显示,化合物triterpenoster、scopoletin、cannabispiran、1, 3, 7-trihydroxy-6-methyl-anthraquinone、podophyllotoxinvanillilisopropylidenkirenol具有一定的抗前列腺炎活性. 所有化合物均为首次从锯叶棕果实中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents from serenoa serrulata fruit and their anti-prostatitis activity were studied. The extracts from serenoa serrulata fruit were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Twenty-six compounds were isolated and identified from serenoa serrulata fruit. And their structures were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data. The antiprostatitis activity of the compound was tested. The results showed that compounds triterpenoster, scopoletin, cannabispiran, 1, 3, 7-trihydroxy-6-methyl-anthraquinone, podophyllotoxin, vanillil and isopropylidenkirenol showed certain anti-prostatitis activity. All compounds were isolated from serenoa serrulata fruit for the first time.
