Abstract:
In this paper, a fluorescence-enhancing probe RSM based on rosmadial compound for tryptophan(Trp) detection was obtained, which directly extract from
Perovskia atriplicifolia. After binding with tryptophan, the fluorescence of RSM was significantly enhanced and the recognition was not disturbed by other amino acids. Moreover, the anti-HBV activity of RSM was tested. The results showed that RSM can significantly inhibit HBV activity. It would provide a reference for studying the relationship between Trp metabolism and liver diseases.
