地皮菜挥发油的化学成分及抗氧化性研究

Chemical constituents antioxidant activities in vitro of volatile oil from Nostoc commune

  • 摘要: 分别采用水蒸汽蒸馏法(SD)和超临界流体萃取(SFE)法萃取地皮菜挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定.经过GC-MS分析,共分离鉴定出80种挥发性化合物,其中烷烃28种、烯烃9种、酯类9种、酸类4种、酮类5种、萜类4种、醇类5种、醛类7种、杂环类1种、酚类1种、环氧类1种、胺类2种、醚类2种、酸酐类1种及炔类1种.2种提取物共有组分为8种.用水蒸汽蒸馏法和超临界流体萃取得到的挥发油成分有明显差异.地皮菜挥发油具有良好的体外抗氧化活性,SFE挥发油比SD挥发油对ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、羟基自由基抑制作用有较强的效果.其最大挥发油体积分数的清除率均超过50%,挥发油样品体积分数与各项抗氧化活性指标呈量效关系,清除ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、羟基自由基的ED50为:SD挥发油分别为9.954%,9.424%,11.394%(体积分数,下同),SFE挥发油分别为8.267%,6.012%,9.121%.

     

    Abstract: The volatile oil components in Nostoc Commune were extracted by steam distillation (SD) and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).A lot of 80 volatile compounds were identified in Nostoc Commune,including 28 alkanes,9 vinyl compounds,9 esters,4 acids,5 ketones,4 terpenes,5 alcohols,7 aldehydes,1 heterocycle,1 phenol,1 epoxy,2 amines,2 etherses,1 anhydride class and 1 acetylene,with 8 compounds being detected in both.The great differences existed between the volatile constituents extracted by steam distillation and superitical fluid extraction methods.The volatile oils exhibited significant antioxidant activities in vitro in a concentration-dependent fashion.The volatile oils of SFE showed a stronger competence on ABTS·,DPPH·,the hydroxyl free radicals than the volatile oils of SD,and the maximum inhibition could be over 50%,its ED50 values of scavenging ABTS·,DPPH·and ·OH:9.954%,9.424%,11.394%(V/V) of the volatile oils of SD,8.267%,6.012%,9.121%(V/V) of the volatile oils of SFE.
