中药材的微生物发酵改性研究进展

  • 摘要: 微生物发酵为中药炮制的重要方法之一.随着科学技术的发展,中药材微生物发酵研究由传统自然发酵向纯菌种发酵转变,其重要性日益受到广泛关注.中药微生物发酵过程中常常会引起生物转化反应,导致中药有效成分的改变和药效的变化;相反中药材成分也会刺激微生物次生代谢产物的改变.中药材微生物发酵研究对缓解中药资源缺乏、发现新颖天然活性物质和生物转化反应具有重要意义.虽然中药微生物发酵历史悠久,但采用种属明确的纯菌种微生物发酵中药材近几十年逐渐兴起,考虑到天然药物微生物发酵机制还未系统阐明,并且自然界还存在大量微生物未系统研究,该领域具备巨大潜在研究价值.该文系统综述中药材微生物发酵改性研究进展,为该领域进一步深入研究探索,及相关开发提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Microorganism fermentation,an important approach of processing traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs),is changing into pure strain-fermentation from atural fermentation.The importance has been raised by more and more people.Fermentation of TCMs with microorganism frequently leads to biotransformation reaction,changing chemical constituents and bioactivities of TCMs,or changing microbial metabolism by TCMs.It plays an important role in relieving the scarcity of TCMs and discovery of novel natural bioactive components.Although the microbial fermentation has been lasted thousands of years,the processing of TCMs by pure strain has arisen in recent decades.To date,few transformation reactions discovered and the fermentation mechanism not elucidated showed potential research values.This paper reviewed microbial fermentation processing of TCMs,which provides indicative value for further research of this field.
